At RiskLync, the security of your lead data and scoring intelligence is a top priority. We handle sensitive insurance lead information and take that responsibility seriously through industry-standard practices and a security-first architecture.
Encryption in Transit & At Rest
All data transferred between your systems and our platform is encrypted using TLS. Data stored in our databases and cloud storage is encrypted at rest using AES-256, providing defense-in-depth for lead records, scoring results, and campaign configurations.
Access Control & Data Isolation
Our platform is built on the principle of least privilege. Granular security rules ensure that each client can only access their own data. Buyers cannot see other buyers' campaigns, leads, or performance metrics. Publisher data is isolated by buyer relationship. Admin access requires multi-factor authentication.
Cloud Infrastructure
RiskLync runs on Google Cloud Platform, leveraging SOC 2-certified infrastructure with built-in DDoS protection, network isolation, and high availability. Our scoring APIs run on Cloud Run with automatic scaling, and data is stored in Firestore and BigQuery with Google-managed encryption keys.
Compliance & Audit Trails
We maintain audit trails for API access, lead scoring events, and disposition reporting to support compliance with CMS regulations and the TCPA/1:1 consent framework. We do not sell your lead data. Your scoring results and campaign intelligence are private to your account.
Vendor & Partner Security
All third-party data enrichment and identity resolution partners are vetted for security practices and bound by data protection agreements. Only the minimum data required for scoring is shared with external services. We maintain a vendor risk register and review partner security posture regularly.
